"Four of my sons have been born at this hospital, two of them since it became Baptist Health. The nursing staff and doctors were always great with my wife and children. The food/meals were always delicious and on point too."

"This hospital doesn't even deserve a star at all. I have had a loved one in the ICU 2 times in less then 2 weeks and never got a call letting me know they were in ICU on a ventilator. And last year she was transported to a different state to a different hospital and I was never notified. I only found out because I called her phone several times and a staff member at the out of state hospital answered and told me where she was. This hospital is horrible. If I could change her hospitals I most definitely would. I do not recommend this hospital at all. And they leave dirty sheets with blood on the patients. It's not a good place for your sick loved ones."

"Don't ever go to er unless not a big emergency. I went in knowing I have heart issues while having symptoms of a heart attack. They did a EKG but it was normal and the last 4 I have gotten at a clinic said I have a block. And after I got to my room they did labs those were the same as prior to the incident. Than it took 4 hours to say I'm fine and send me home. The next day I went to my doctor and told her about the incident and she said they lied about my BP mine was higher than what they said and told me to never go back to Baptist for my heart l. So long story short don't go if it's a actual emergency My own personal experience may be different"

"My grandmother has found out that she has cancer after she went in here for surgery on her leg. They have told her that she isn’t strong enough to leave the hospital after some complications, they said that if moved she would not survive. We decided to put her into hospice care there, where we were told her treatment would continue as it has been. Once moved into hospice, they completely stopped her treatments, weren’t even bringing her food or water, took her off of oxygen, and stopped all her medications. If we had left her in hospice there, she would’ve died overnight. We have no choice but to leave her at this hospital but if we could move her to literally anywhere else we would. We will never use this hospital again if it can be avoided. We are extremely disappointed with the care she has been given, it feels like she is just another number to them. Like they couldn’t care less about helping her and are not even interested in doing their best to make her comfortable in her last stretch of life."

"If I was you, I would suggest not eating in the cafeteria, their prices constantly jump up and down. They tell you one price and I’ll tell you another. This is our first experience. We’ve been stuck at this hospital for a month with a sick family! So trying to eat at the cafeteria has seemed rather quick and easy but every single one of us had had nothing but issues today was quite shocking. They tried to charge me $12 for three tiny chicken strips. I said there ain’t no way I’m paying $12 for these and then she’s like open the box so I opened it and then she said it’ll be $6.90. One guy got a decent salad. He said he ended up having to pay $25 for that salad. And absolute joke. If you’re not familiar with it, they don’t have prices hardly on anything so you don’t actually know how much you’re paying until you get to the register. I would like to say that they do have one of the best hamburgers 6.99 for fries and the burger! definitely better than the fast food ones. But be careful with anything else you buy."
