She refused to reschedule and charges a $50 dollar fee for missed appointments when you can't reschedule. She's a horror and her assistant is entirely rude. Would recommend basically anywhere else."

"My father set up an appointment for "me" with her. It came up recently that he needs set up an urgent appointment to get "his" own open heart surgery. My appointment with Kimra and my fathers heart surgery are basically in the same day. The front office says that we cannot reschedule AT ALL! It is a bit insensitive to me that my father could die during the surgery and that could push me to suicide regarding the mental issues that I have. They said on the phone "Sorry but you can't reschedule, her waiting list is too big", them really not caring about me, just a number I am. I have waited 5 weeks to go, this is such a disappointment."
