"Great experience. The lady @ the counter and the guy who took me back were extremely helpful and Miss Julie was Awesome. She made me comfortable and explained every detail of my procedure."

"Not a great experience so far. The first person I spoke with was a little snippy about speaking with me on my husband's behalf, saying I wasn't on his HIPAA, but then she lightened up a bit once she talked to my husband. However, the person I just spoke to on the phone was very rude to me for absolutely no reason. My husband was scheduled for an MRI today, which got canceled because the insurance refused to cover it. I'll admit, I'm a little frustrated, but with the insurance, not with Baptist. I was very cordial and didn't make things complicated at all. In the voice-mail they left, they told me to call them back if I had questions about the cancelation and gave me the number to call. So I called and a woman answered who was very rude and snippy. She basically said why are you calling I don't see anything scheduled for you today? I told her I just needed more information about the insurance denial and I was told to call this number. She said I have no idea about any of that I’ll have to give you a different number. She gave me the number and I started to say thank you and ask her what department I was being directed to, but before I could get the words out the lady hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional. During the entire interaction I just felt rushed and felt like I was an annoyance to this person. She didn't give me the chance to ask any further questions, just hung up. Perhaps it was an accident and I should give the benefit of the doubt, but when you're already going through a stressful medical situation and the insurance is making you jump through hoops to get proper care, the last thing you need is someone being rude and making your feel like a nuisance. I will update my review once I actually get an appointment."

"Went with husband for MRI on 5/31 and asked if they had an earlier time than 6/27 for CT for myself. Had been rescheduled from early May due to shortage in dye contrast. To my disbelief they got me in that same day. The receptionist was so nice (I apologize I can’t remember her name) and Danyelle and Anthony went our of their way to get me in, made me comfortable Etc. I couldn’t have been treated any better. My husband’s experience was the same. Kudos to the employees in this office who treat people as if they were family!"

"I've been here 5 or 6 times over 3 years, and i'm going back again next week. They are always really nice and accommodating to my issues. I don't get around so good anymore. The MRI machines really don't bother me, i often fall asleep. I'm a big guy, but when they pack me in like a sausage with those pads it's just comfy. I can't sleep without some sort of white noise so maybe that's it. I don't like getting the dye injections but that's just me, nothing to do with them. They are always professional, i have no complaints."
