"I've always had good experiences with Dr. Ang-Poland. My experiences with Northwest Medical Center ER in Bentonville, however, are ROCK BOTTOM. I was there recently.. waited in the ER waiting room for THREE HOURS. Eventually I was taken back to a room for ANOTHER THREE AND A HALF HOURS for a total of SIX AND A HALF HOURS! Never saw a doctor, never had a blood test, never had a UA, never had so much as my blood pressure checked. Nothing. Finally at 2:30 the next morning I got up and left. A few years ago I had gone into the ER having a stroke l. The triage nurse, obviously homosexual, refused to come near me because I wasn't wearing a mask. We eventually left and went to Mercy instead. Someone who works at Northwest told me, "if you go to the ER at Northwest.. YOU'LL DIE!" And that's a direct quote."
