I've seen her twice now and loved her bedside manner, willingness to help, and left both times amazed by her gentle and kind demeanor. However, this time there was no one at the front desk-- All morning. We had to call a phone number that sent us to a website to register our information. 20+ minutes later we were told we had to call a different number to actually have the person there 'populate' our information to the local office. The gal from the 'back' who came out to help us was bilingual, so that was good for the other patients waiting. Please pay your front office staff enough to keep them and keep fully staffed!! 2/5 stars for lacking a desk person and expecting every patient to navigate websites and phone calls."
