"The CARTI clinic is the definition of compassionate care. I see Dr. Khalil to help manage my anemia, and he is amazing. He is always in a cheerful and positive mood. He spends a great amount of time with you and will thoroughly explain everything to you in a way you can understand. The nurses in the infusion room are awesome and do whatever they can to make you comfortable and monitor you closely for any reactions. I have had a great experience with CARTI. I am NOT one of those people; everyone I have had dealings with at NLR CARTI has been kind and caring. Dr. Khalil, his staff, reception, lab and treatment nurses have all been amazing! "My first visit was canceled after I waited an hour as the ultrasound and mammogram machines stopped working. Okay, things happen. 3 weeks later I come back and now have to deal with the rude Breast Center receptionist, Misty. Very condescending and cutting me off as if I am not intelligent enough to understand how my insurance works. Kim took over and was great but Misty will be the reason I switch locations. Patients are already nervous coming in so it's hard to be greeted with someone as rude as she is. Replace her please."
