"I would love to be able to give some kind of review, and they seem like a good facility. However, nobody returns phone calls or emails. We have received some answers when we show up in person to drop paperwork off, but there is no follow through. They told us they may be able to get us in for an evaluation the first two weeks of December. We followed up on this possibility, and we got crickets. Places are facing scheduling conflicts- we get it. Just be straightforward. Families do enough waiting and get enough stringing along as it is. No reply is disrespectful."

"If I could give no stars. I was referred to this facility by our pediatrician. Facility did not communicate and everything I had to do on my own. Took a month before they finally "received" the referral even though our dr sent it 17x. And As of today, it has been 3 mths and we STILL have not been contacted to move forward. I have contacted several ppl in the company with no response as well as their feedback email and still no response. I'm not sure that this is even a real company at this point. Very disappointed and perturbed..."
