"My child started receiving services with Taylor Neal-Gibson, LPC at Argenta Counseling. The plan was individual therapy then family therapy. I am the primary parent but it was necessary for my ex-husband to initiate counseling. I spoke with Taylor & she was aware the reasons for service. I contacted her for an update & I was informed my daughter was released 6 weeks prior. She had 1-one hour Telehealth session & three 30 min sessions. As the primary parent, I should have been consulted. After this, initiating family therapy was difficult. She was fully aware this was the next step needed and should have been the facilitator. There are Standards Of Care that must follow Best Practice. Taylor Neal-Gibson, LPC did not follow Best Practice and does not uphold the Standards Of Care in the realm of her occupation as a Licensed Professional Counselor. We now have a court order, Taylor Neal-Gibson, LPC in not able to treat my child, and we are receiving successful family therapy at a different clinic."
