"Hannah is highly unprofessional. She had an attitude with me simply because i questioned how she filed my last visit with her, which she was in the wrong or her nurse was one of the two. She then went a step further and questioned my intelligence and telling me i was wrong and that she needed to step out to speak with her office manager. On return she tried to make me sign a document stating i would be liable for the cost of the office visit if my insurance didn't cover me. She was only concerned about being right in the instance and not about whether or not her patient was taken care of. Which of course i called my insurnace provider and it took me a total of 5 minutes to determine that my insurance provider would cover my visit. Had she taken the same amount of time to determine whether my provider would cover my visit instead of taking that time to try and be "RIGHT" she would have not lost a patient. I will be filing a complaint againt her and will never return to this doctors office. I immediately switched My PCP upon being told "well you can just leave then" with an attitude because i informes her i wouldn't sign said document. This isn't the only problem. None of those people up there seem competent enough to tie their own shoes. They are constantly mis informing you of appointment times and are unable to return calls promptly and can't seem to properly file your paper work with your providers. Just all around incompetence. Id advise you to save your time. Terrible customer service."
