"Dr Duroy does NOT listen to clients - especially when they are 14. Ran STD panel w/o parent approval. Of course they were all negative, and we did not come in for that. No communication, no listening, we were an inconvenience to her when we were in the exam room with her, not to mention her appointment was at least 1/2 hr behind schedule. She was rushed and already had made her mind up for a treatment before talking to us. She questioned my daughter and then didn't believe that she was telling her everything. I am upset that my daughter had to experience terrible care, having to be your own advocate and not being listened to. The doctor wouldn't even listen to me while I was in there with them."
"I saw Dr. Duroy in May of 2021 to get established as a new patient, I received a letter a few weeks ago that she is no longer at the Women's Clinic in North Little Rock. Where did she go?"
"I absolutely love Dr. Duroy. She recently delivered my first baby and made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. During my pregnancy she listened to me and educated me so I understood what I was going through and why. I will be continuing to see her for my future pregnancies."
"Grear doctor, takes her time with patients. The only thing that could be improved is the time it takes to get lab results to me. I was told someone would call on a specific day and on that day I made two calls. The first mid day and was told she(front desk personnel)would leave a message for someone to call. The second was near the end of the day and I was told everyone had gone home. All I was told then was ‘I’m sorry’ and that she would leave a note for someone to call me on Monday. I hate to have to be worried over the weekend but other than have the dr paged through medical exchange, which I didn’t feel justified enough to do, there was nothing I could do. Overall, I had good experiences and would continue to use her and refer women to her."
