"Make sure you careful before purchasing anythings on Chapter Aesthetic Studio. Double check & confirm their refund & return policy !!! I bought Hydrating & Peptide Boost and it was really disappointed with this product. I found out that it was very very sticky and goopy on my face during the 1st applicant. The next day morning my face and hand were still very sticky. Walking into the studio the next day for a return and refund, they refused it! They told me back home to try again following their directions and given me business cards and keep telling me to go back home to try repeatedly. I was told to just only give them a call if any problem and don't walk into the studio. Why not?? I felt they are are very irresponsible and not respectful and somewhat racist towards me being people of color. All the reviews on Chapter Studios shows positive/ good, but I don’t think so. I think they for other to give them and nice review. Be Careful of Racism !!'"
