"I have been a customer at Rosy nails for over a year. After consistently being charged $10 for the sole service of acrylic nail removal then suddenly $20 today for an extremely painful removal I won’t be back. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone she quite literally ripped them off. Really disappointing as I’ve been coming to Rosy Nails for quite a while but if they aren’t charging consistently I won’t be returning. It’s really disappointing to feel taken advantage of as a consistent customer."
