"Disappointed with the service today. I had a gel manicure/ pedicure today, which two technicians attempted to do at the same time. During the pedicure, the technician was very distracted and would stop service on me to talk to other technicians across the room, including the massage portion of pedicure which was timed. The manicurist seemed very new, and took an hour and a half to do my nails. She left my cuticles very messy and ended up getting polish on the sides of my fingers over and over, and when she went to wipe it up, it rubbed the polish off the sides of my nails. So I left with nails that are not fully painted and raw cuticles that I have to pick paint off of."

"Overall the salon was clean and the staff was very nice but I was not happy with the end result. I asked them to remove my dip nails and then a manicure with no polish. Hoping to leave with clean fresh nails to help growth. This is what I got…..they didn’t even remove all of the dip and my nails look horrible. I’m shocked they thought this was acceptable. I also got a pedicure which was fine but nothing special and it took over an hour. Won’t be coming back."

"All technicians have been great, but I have been scheduling with Lien because she is quick, gentle and always takes time to make sure I leave with perfect nails. My nails always look amazing and she is so sweet and professional. I used to hate getting my nails done because of how rough it could be, and how sensitive I am to filing and buffing, but my experience at central nails has changed that! I recommend Central nails to my friends and family in the area looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to go."
