"I was trying a new nail shop because I saw they opened at 9:30am. I’m very upset I did. My friend is getting married Friday and with all the running around I squeezed time to get my nails done. There were multiple things that went wrong. I originally asked for dip nails and my nail tech went ahead with acrylic letting me know she could still make my nails look thinner. I have no idea why we didn’t just do dip. Then she went with a different color than I originally picked out. I expressed my concern about the color being too bright. She assured me when the matte gloss would be put on it would look like the color I originally wanted. It did not. She then put a color that was a deeper red over the nail color she already did. My nails are messy and you can see spots of the old color. Im not happy especially because I have no time to get them re-done before the wedding. Definitely was over charged for what I received. DO NOT GO HERE"

"I should've been coming here all along. Today was my first visit. Kind, professional staff. The interior is a little dated and nothing fancy, but don't let that dissuade you. I observed a clean environment and hygienic practices. The prices are clearly posted and fair. I know each nail tech will vary. I had Tina, and I am so glad I did. I got the Luxury Pedicure and Basic Manicure combination. She was amazing. Everything was great. My feet, toenails, and fingernails were all trimmed and cleaned so well, and she made it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have found my new spot."

"Full set acrylic extension, gel. The extensions where put on at an angle (2nd picture). She just glued whatever size she guessed would fit. Sanded of the cuticles without using cuticle remover. The acrylic was very lumpy. When shaping I requested square round. It was too square so I asked to round it a little bit more and its now looks like almond shape. After my appointment I looked at my nails and they are horrible. I didn’t want to go back to get it fixed because it would have to be the whole set and there is a small chance it would look decent when it should have been done correctly the first time. Less than 24 hrs my nail tech at Perfect Polish redid the entire set. We had to go back to my original short nails then added an extension (3rd picture). I wasted $60 at red nail and spent an additional 2 hrs to get them completely redone. I partially think my nails where done bad b/c of earlier when my friend wanted to do dip nails and our technician said no dip. We decided to go somewhere else, when we where going to leave, she said they can do dip. So I waited and my friend got her nails done. Right when she was doing the color tips it was my turn with another tech. The 1st tech could have done my nails at the same time but instead helped someone else. My friends nails looked great. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if its your first time."
