"Do not take your items here for a repair. I dropped a pair of boots off on September 20th and I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I haven't received any type of communication on these and had to physically stop in one time to be told they were a project and would be worked in. This week Aaron called me and told me it could probably be spring, and told me if I wasn't ok with that I could come get them. I told him I would wait until spring since I was essentially handcuffed because they were apart and no one would want to take them in that shape. Then he told me I wasn't listening and that he said he did not mean they would be done in the spring, and that I could come get them. Walter's essentially took my boots apart and have told me good luck."

"Super impressed with this shop! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I dropped my boots off about a week or so ago, to have the zipper slide on one of them replaced (with the possibility that they'd both be done if needed). They quoted me on a several week turnaround, but they were actually done way faster than expected (I'd say right around a week). And they're perfect! Only one ended up needing replaced and I'm so happy with it. It matches and slides great. Plus, the price was cheaper than expected! The ladies I spoke to were very nice and got me in and out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend them for any footwear needs! (Left boot has the new slide and right has the old one)"
