"I had never walked into a Torrid before and I was super excited to check it out in Rogers, but when I walked in I had 2 workers look right at me and not say hi, smile, or ask if I needed anything. I continued to walk around for about 10 minutes and still nothing from anyone, it was like they were avoiding me. I have worked in customer service my entire life and you should always greet people and ask them if they need any help. It is not like I walked in right before they closed- it was 4 p.m. and they close at 8. Needless to say, I will not be going back."

"The new ladies are terrible. I saw them intentionally put money on a store credit card knowing the customer couldn't get their money back. The customer came back and they said, "Sorry, there's no way we can get your cash back." That is a dishonest and unscrupulous practice. They also acted as if a customer was lying about the washing instructions on their garment. Quite frankly, if they have complained twice about the same problem they are probably telling you the truth. They also keep bombarding people with applying for the store. Why would someone want to work at a dishonest place? Also, if I am shopping, I do not want you constantly asking me to work there. Let me shop in peace. They also follow you around the store as if you are a criminal. Please bring Katie and her crew back. They would never treat people how the current staff does. After today, I will never purchase in store again. Dishonesty should not be tolerated in this setting. Also, stop complaining in front of your customers. We should not know about behind the scenes drama."

"Customer service is on point. Even though it's during the holidays I felt the staff cared if I found everything I needed. They have a really big selection of jeans,cute dresses and we'll everything you could want to wear or accessorize with. The clothes feel well made so they are a tad expensive. But they have a ton of clearance at the moment."
