"Literally I’ve been to 50+ Maurice’s in my lifetime and not one single store compares to the one in Rogers AR Recently I purchased a shirt online and was having so much trouble with corporate and people on the phone so I went in the store and the nicest girl with short hair helped us. Babes really had super powers cause she didn’t take no for an answer and spent I think 30 minutes on the phone getting everything taken care of, sold me $100 worth of stuff I didn’t know I needed, and made us feel like the most important people on the planet. She was so smart, competent, and just so kind! I will 100000% come to this store again and again until I die"

"I've shopped at this location since they opened and the majority of my wardrobe has come from this store specifically. I've had some lovely experiences here in the past with some of the employees, but my last visit was so poorly handled and I had such appalling customer service from a particular employee that I won't be back to this location again."

"Why do you close so early (7:00 p.m.), especially during the week of Christmas?? Other retail stores in the same shopping center are open earlier and stay open until 9:00 or 11:00 p.m."

"I walked around with a lot of clothes for a while and no one asked if they could get me a fitting room. No one asked if I needed help while in the fitting room. Really weird, I have always had the best shopping experiences at Maurices. Everything has it's moments."
