"Personally, I like the store and its location, but the customer service experience can be improved. I enjoyed how organized the store is based on how they lay everything out (5/5) and the location is great for good experience to have around the community (5/5). However the customer experience needs a bit of adjustment when it comes to customer service and should be universal. The staff energy seems stand off and don't seem like they want to be engaging toward customers that may want help. I can tell they are more dedicated on completing their tasks (which I give them 5/5 for hard work) but sometimes customers need suggestions when it comes to them being uncertain about style. The regulars may know what they like but when it comes to new people in the store they need that. I give them a compelling complement on their transaction service which was very nice of them. But checking up on your customers can be a bonus. Customers are guests and should be checked on to be sure they are comfortable with what they are looking for. So overall customer experience is a 3/5 in my opinion and can do better to show more momentum toward welcoming others even if they are not regulars."
"I always manage to find just what I'm looking for. And what I can't find in store I order it from the site at the store and get free shipping. The female associate that helped me this afternoon was very helpful. I've been a Hollister fan for a long time, mostly with there tops (T-shirts and Polo's). I've been wearing Hollister since I was 16."
"The line to wait outdoors was very short on a Sunday, maybe 5 minutes. Worth it because this Holister has a wonderful selection of clothing. I love this store. Bought a super cute one piece while shopping in here!"
"The staff were really insane. I got online orders to return in store. The order was shipped in more than one package and provided a recipient for every package. It would have been very easy to process the return if used order number. Rather than that the staff used the receipt number and separated the items based on the provided receipts and used receipts to process all the order individually. This process was a time taking and spent around 30 mins. If provided order number was used, then all the items would have been considered as one receipt/order."
