"Steve, after coming back from helping install tires, got me hooked up with two tires sold to me and he put them in the back of my truck because I Injured my ankle last week. The whole crew that have are reliable, fast efficient, and more important they understand my concerns and work with it. I can't stress it enough how we in the used car world place value on used items and if it's worth replacing, tire zoo ppl know and can give a great insight on if the issue can be fixed or remedied differently. You will listen to them because the talk our language unlike Midas exhaust or any other big chain auto places."

"Been going to tire zoo since I bought my first car and they normally do amazing work. this last time I brought my car in everything went as normal, until I got home and checked out the car. There was so much extra rubber on the tires and rims, almost a POUND, yes I weighed it. Would be nice if they cleaned it up before giving it back. The real issue for me tho is that I am missing my under splash guard. It was on two days before when I did my oil change and there's no way it just falls off. Even if it did, I would have to drive over it and that would cause damage to both my car and tires. Called them and they told me to come back in and they'd take a look, I live an hour away and drive a v8, new part was 60 bucks. I'd spend the same on gas to go down there for them to tell me they can't do much. Will still be giving them my money, but I just wanted to share my last experience so y'all can avoid what happened to me. Maybe it wasn't them, but again I'd have to physically drive over it if it fell off and that'd cause a decent bit of damage to my plastic car."

"Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and very helpful. They found me a great set of winter tires at a very good price. Didn’t wait too long as it is a first come first serve store. Only complaint is that it was quite cold in the lobby, but that wasn’t a huge problem. Would definitely recommend this place to others!"
