"They are understaffed. They had one mechanic (Jake) working when I went in. Cool dude. The assistant manager was helpful. But at times it felt like they just want to sell people things. Weren't able to rotate my tires because the mechanic didn't have the right socket wrench. Friendly service, easy service, although can get a little expensive."

"Oil change was conducted promptly and I received updates throughout the process. There were maybe a few too many updates, actually, but I am sure there are some people that like more frequent communications. The only complaint I had is as follows: I had a CarX coupon noting a specific price for a synthetic blend oil change, which is why I scheduled an oil change at this location. The manager noted to me that the price on the coupon, though listed as for a synthetic blend, would be only for a conventional oil change and that they could instead honor $15 off a synthetic blend. I noted my scheduling of the oil change at their location was based on the coupon and this seemed like a bit of a bait-and-switch once the customer was actually in the store. They honored the coupon as an exception after I raised my concern."

"Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done in about 30 minutes! They inspected my car and my brakes were also long overdue for a replacement. Had my rear brakes changed in an hour! 1 hr and 30 mins total! Great service and knowledgeable management and staff. Pandora, the manager was the best and nicest. My go-to auto shop in Bloomington!"
