"This review is for Boulevard Collision. Two stars for attempt. Customer service was impossible, and very difficult to schedule. The overall job was subpar, I eventually brought my car to a more trustworthy body-shop to get rid of the wrinkles and defects of their attempt. I see that it is now Gerber Collision, which is a national company, they may offer better service hopefully."

"Good turn around time, got me in a week after I called to schedule. Felt no pressure to book after getting a quote, but was very happy with pricing. Car looks just like new and so happy I got it fixed!"

"I had a claim through Progressive and was signed up to meet with them through the insurance company. I was not able to make it due to having conferences and could not reach them. Every time I called it was pure silence. I tried to call 3-4 times and even called my progressive representative to reach them. I ended up being able to reach them and was not talked to nicely. I understand they may have been frustrated due to the missed appointment, but it was not handled in a good manner. How I was talked to, ended up making me feel very bad about myself, which was not necessary under any circumstance. I would not recommend using them at all."

"Joe & Larry did a great job of returning my S60 back to pre-accident condition. They went above & beyond with the quality of repair & kept me update all along the way. They also made working with both insurance companies much easier resulting in my deductible being waved with no out of pocket expenses. 10 out of 10!"

"Latest Update* The compensation that they promised me they messed up too! Also now that it is winter my bumper keeps coming loose when the temperature changes. The passenger side comes off the fender. See photos. Good grief! First Update -They contacted me after my original review below. They worked to make it right and were very helpful. They compensated me for the extra costs and the trouble. I was impressed that they reached out and went the extra mile to make things right and fair. ORIGINAL REVIEW - I was VERY disappointed with the whole process! Let me explain... They didn't tell me when I dropped off the car on the scheduled day that they forgot to order the bumper for my car Then they didn't return phone calls for days. I had to keep calling them trying to get ahold of the right guy. After excuses they finally admitted they forgot it. I ended up having to wait a extra week to get my car back. I had to pay for a rental car for a extra week. They never offered to cover the extra cost on the rental car. Then when I went to pick up the car it was not right! They tried to reuse parts that should have been replaced. I had to wait for them to get the right parts again. After that I found out they forgot the hardware for the parts and they had to order that as well. More delays! When I eventually picked up my car the final time the repairs were done right. However they didn't bother to wash the car. I was expecting a clean beautiful car and instead disappointment again. There were some other things as well... They failed multiple times at multiple things! Very disappointed."
