"Came in with a "Check Hybrid System" warning on a 2013 Prius. They quickly determined it was a blown fuse caused by my own bad installation of a new 12v battery. They waived the basic diagnostic charge ($175) and only charged me the actual time/cost of tracking down which fuse I had blown and the cost of a fuse. I ended up paying less than 10% of what I had mentally allocated."
"Worst service. I had an 11:30 am appointment for tire rotation and fluid tap off. 90 minutes later they have not started on my service. I chatted with others in the waiting room.2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change."
"I took my car in for an oil change and naturally (as with every mechanic) there was more work to be done. It’s nothing less than expected and one out of the three recommended services was changing my filters because they were dirty. I looked at the prices the service advisor had listed on the paper and pointed to the $54 charge listed by the note that said “dirty” and said “I’ll do the filters” Once the service was done I got my final bill that had increased $110. When I brought up the concern to the advisor he pointed out that I had misunderstood the charge to be for both filters when it was per filter. The sheet did not say “per filter” anywhere but a little ways down the page was the second filter listed with a secondary charge. So he decided to accept my plural speech when I said “filters” but seemed to look past my point to the first charge and don’t correct me when I was clearly expecting that singular line item to be done. The whole experience feels a lot like a “gotcha” moment and one that is incredibly shady business in my opinion. I’m sure he got his commission or hit his numbers, but in the process they lost a customer that has done quite a bit of business out of this location."
"They sell toyotas. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from here, it works. Sales guys are friendly. They have water and coffee while you are waiting. You will wait a long time if you get your vehicle service done here. They even have a children's activity room and shuttle van because some repairs take a real long time."
