"Recommended services that were not needed. I brought my Buick to this dealership twice within a month. First time to replace an actuator that caused the theft alarm to go off. The second time, to reinstall a speaker that was not installed correctly the first time. The first time, they recommended new rear tires and replacing the oil pan gasket. The second time, they noted the tires were okay. I checked the oil pan at home and noticed it was wet around the drain plug and not at the gasket. The gasket did not need to be replaced. I would advise anyone to get a second opinion on their recommended services."
