"After another bakery left us in a last minute pinch, Hyvee in Shakopee helped us with a custom cake with less than 24 hour notice. It was perfect, delicious, and easy to arrange!"

"Have a wide range of delicious pastries and desserts but the customer service is bad. I've been going there for years now and every visit to the bakery takes longer than a regular grocery trip. The staff will see you standing there and would not ask if you need help. I have to try to get their attention."

"We asked for a lavender and light pink ombré cake for daughters first birthday and the colors were way off, not what we asked for at all. What we got was bright neon purple and pink, and it was hardly ombré. We even showed a picture for reference and they also took a picture of that to follow. We wanted pastel but received neon. Very disappointed."

"Horrible (non existent) customer service. I tried both of my credit cards in two different pumps and they didn't work, when I finally push the button to contact the cashier she responds and I asked "is there something wrong with the pumps? They are not working" to what the lady responds "I can't understand what you're saying" and hangs-up ... Seriously??? Is that the best customer service response to a situation where you can't hear/understand what a customer is saying?? I'm never coming back to that gas station. T(happened today 02/25/20 at 5:45 pm)"

"First I’d give it no stars if that were an option. Second put premium in my car and nozzle started spraying everywhere. Tried a different gas station entirely, and fuel deposited in my vehicle seamlessly! Called back to get a refund and Laurie and Wendy were so rude and wouldn’t give me my refund. Told me to try the grocery store management to see if they “ could do anything” . Very disappointed with their customer service and lack of management capable of performing a simple refund. Again 0 stars!"
