"Went here to get my eyebrows waxed on a whim.....door was unlocked...walked in and no one greeted me until i said hello....then the voice from the back said "we ate closed can you go somewhere else like cover nails" .....if you are closed lock the damn door or put a sign o. The door.....will NOT ever go back there !!!!!!"

"The service in these places is the worst of my entire life. The place is totally abandoned in the 3 hours that I was only an employee who said she was the owner and I were in the place, no one else ever came. The deluxe pedicure, they don't even put soap in the tub where you soak, just water, they don't exfoliate you with anything, the file they use to scrape you, I think they use it for everyone, they don't rinse you on top of the mud, they put the cream and then the oil and in 15 minutes they finished, for this service they dare to charge $42 and polish 10 more. When the service is good you don't mind paying but this is not the case. First and last time I use your services. They advertise with 10 years of experience and professionalism that prove it, giving a good result."

"Awful experience here. I asked for the dip on my nails to be removed. I asked to have them soaked off and she proceeded to try to rip them off with a fake nail. It hurt like hell and I asked again for her to let me soak them but she kept trying to rip them off. Then I asked for just gel polish on my nails. Paid $50 for my nails to look like my 5 year old cousin did them. Safe to say I will never be back. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Went here spur of the moment, not my usual place and not my usual experience. I sat for a long time with my feet in lukewarm water while she finished her client, which was ok because the massage chair worked great. I told her what color I wanted and I was told over and over that the one she chose was more sparkly. Finally she went to look for it but didn't have. The color ended up fine but too light. She offered to give me a manicure for 10.00. Kept telling me that my nails, which I keep short and unpolished would look better if I did it. I finally agreed. But as ahe started working on me. 2 customers came in. She went quickly through my manicure. The results are horrible and my nails are in worse condition today."
