"I called in looking for hours and a price for a style. A lady picked up and said hello, unsure if this was a place of business I asked and got a reply of yes and then silence. I then inquired on a price for a style and she said she couldn't get me a price over the phone not knowing how long or thick my hair is I then told here I have very thick hair and it's down to the lower part of my back, she still would not give me a price not even a base price. This is not something I normally do but I'm sure you call any salon they will give you prices, I think the thing that bothered me the most was that they have 5 starts across the board (only 5 reviews) but I simply call to inquire and I get a hello with no real answers"
