"I’ve been going to this location for the past 3 years and never had an issue until now. I told the stylist that I wanted my hair cut middles ways my back, U shape, long layers, and trim my bangs. This lady was so rude and negative towards me that it made me feel uncomfortable. In her words “I promise I mean it in the most nicest way” like Um no I’m pretty sure you didn’t mean it in a nice way. And when I told her what I wanted for my haircut she made it seem like it was impossible and that she couldn’t do anything nor find my U Shape, it’s almost like she was afraid to do anything. The last straw for me was when she said “is it ok if I cut ur hair dry because I don’t want to wet it because then it’s going to go poof into its own monster!” The icing on the cake was that SHE WAS THE MANAGER!! never ever going to this location again!!"

"I asked for layers, she only put them on one side of my head claiming she would part my hair in the middle just for the cut, even though my part is on the side and big surprise they are only on one side when I part my hair where it normally goes… I even asked her to double check my real part to see if both sides looked good and she didn’t… but said “yeah its good any way you part it”… and they are incredibly choppy (since she only took 5 minutes to actually cut my LONG hair) when I asked for soft medium layers not short and choppy. If you can’t do what I ask for just say you can’t do it so I can go somewhere else. I still tipped her. *rolls eyes*"

"6 people working and about 20 mins and thay ask about my phone number and they keep call people who Register online. And the stylist keep disappearing in the back of the store why is that? They call me at 6:24 left 6:41 and pay 15.00 a good price but too long of a wait time"
