"I bought my car last October and I also purchased the warranty for it since I was buying an older car. Early January I noticed it was not running or sounding normal. The oil was 3.5 quarts low. I brought it in for servicing and they discovered the issue right away and contacted the warranty company for approval to repair. They fought the warranty company and finally got approval after many weeks . The serviceman did tell me that this warranty company is hard to work with and that if I ever buy a warranty again I should choose a different company. I don’t recall having an option when I purchased it and I sure hope he has a conversation with the sales people about this issue. I am grateful for the hard work and dedication Brian had to get the car fixed. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to not being updated/informed in a timely manner."
"Battery wouldn’t charge on my Bolt while I was working 85 miles away from home. Had less than 30 miles left on the battery. Looked up Electric Certified Dealerships in the area and started calling. First ones I called couldn’t help me for over a MONTH nor would they offer me a loner car. Called Friendly Chevrolet. They were able to get me in the same day. They were also out of loner vehicles but after some maneuvering dropped me into a brand new vehicle to use so I could get back home. Called the next day to let me know after exhaustive research with GM it was determined I would need a new battery. They replaced the battery in the amount of time they said it would take and also reached out to GM to see if I could get my fuel reimbursed that I had to purchase for the loner. When this was unsuccessful they offered me free tire rotations and agreed to ship me new wiper blades to my house. Everybody I worked with was extremely nice and went the extra mile to get me home that day."
"Everything fell into place! We drove from out of state(3 hrs) to pickup our new truck. James was calling to check with us on the way over for arrival time. We arrived & did test drive. "I’ve been a friendly Chev fan since 2005. Mainly for the service department. So when I needed my transmission flush and filter done they were the first I called, and that’s where my trust started to wane. I had been given varying quotes for the price and the person who scheduled doesn’t have the price that included the filter. I tried 7 times to reach a service advisor to just ask. Never once got a call back. Finally decided to just schedule and hope for the best that someone finally called me back. I set it u for a Tuesday, dropping my truck off in Monday night. I was told I’d get an update call on when they pulled it in and started working on it. Appointment was at 10:30. I finally called in around 3 for an update and they couldn’t find my vehicle. Lady went and got an advisor and was just told “they’re working on it” that’s it. Get a call about 4pm saying it’s done. Go to pick it up and find out that all the paperwork is under my mom’s name because I recently had her purchase a vehicle with them but I made an appointment with my information. Got the texts and email verification too. My whole experience was disappointing and I’ll probably never bring my vehicle back."
