"friendly service. Made and appt to have my 10speed transmission changed/flushed with filter change for $600 that took them 3 hrs max. One thing I would recommend is taking a video of fluid before and after to help customers understand how their fluid looks and that service was done to help customers and shop together. I had my fluid changed around 25,000 miles at Whitaker Buick chev and they said it was very clean but changed it anyway. At friendly Chev I asked after completion fluid condition and was told very dirty and glad you get it changed. Not sure why it got so dirty but that’s where video would help customers understand Thanks"
"I scheduled an appointment to get a recall on my trunk fixed. On the day of service, there was a man in the waiting area talking/complaining loudly saying that he had been there over 2 hours to just get an oil change. It made me very uncomfortable and it was annoying trying to concentrate on getting work done while I was there. I actually had proceeded to wait 2 hours as well, and after 2 hours they informed me that they had taken everything apart only to realized they didn't have the part to fix the trunk. Even though I couldn’t even schedule the appointment until they checked to see if they had the part available. They admitted they should have checked to see if they had the part before taking everything apart that day. Very frustrating to take so much time out of the day for nothing to get fixed besides another recall that I didn’t care about at all. Wish I would have scheduled somewhere else and will obviously have to now to get this fixed. Seems they are very disorganized and are taking on way more than they can handle."
"I have bought numerous vehicles from this dealer. Every time I bring my car in for service, mainly oil changes my reward points never get added. I have tried to reconcile this with them but they say the points happen automatically. I have had to call the rewards program itself and they tell me the dealer is not doing things correctly. I called a few days ago and got forwarded to a manager named Chris. He never called back. I am done with this dealer, finally learned my lesson."
"I've had fine service and such, but my mom has not. on a friday in July, made appointment for left brake light out, they never called for a while, had to call, was told they haven't even looked at it yet. so decided to pick it up anyway when it was nearing the end of the day. brought it in a second time friday in August, told AND showed them the 3rd mount brake light is also out, also says on the "customer statement" form that it's out. while the left brake light was repaired, the 3rd mount light is STILL OUT! unfortunately, they started at the top, but because of these instances, will no longer be bringing our service here. shouldn't have to go to a place 3 times just for a brake light bulb! simple quick repair! thank you for reading!"
