The customer service was terrific, and you're getting much higher quality oil and oil filters than at Valvoline on University. The price is a little higher, but it's well worth it. "If I could leave negative 5 stars I would it baffles me this place has a 4 star review I’ve personally never have taken my vehicle here but I work at a shop down the road from these idiots (AllSett auto service) on 3 separate occasions now I’ve had to use an air hammer or screwdriver and basically any means necessary to remove the stupid oil filter because these idiots tighten the filter and plug so damn tight meanwhile I’ve got the customer thinking it’s gonna be a 30 min oil change that turns into an almost 2 hour ordeal if I were you I’d take it anywhere else, also the 3 times I’ve had this happen the oil change was done by the same two people with the initials DW and JH so if anyone has those initials there run the other direction"

"First time using this location and jiffy lube all together. The location is closed for the day so i won't find out until morning when i go to Valvoline to find out if Jiffy lube didn't tighten everything properly or they just don't know how to measure out 4.5 quarts. Leaving home mile in the oil light comes on, ended up limping it to a speedway and had to buy their store brand oil because it was the closest thing to what i could use ended up having to add 1.5 quarts of oil."

"DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND DENIED IT!!! I had my oil changed here and the staff was nice and fast. After I got home I started seeing puddles in my driveway, I checked my oil filter and oil plug to find my plug is finger tight. After spinning the plug and finding the threads in my aluminum oil pan have been pulled out I called .I spoke with the Kristen and she stated tech Ryu is new and may not have known to not overtighten. I offered to have the work done at the dealership I work at for employee pricing due to the fact I live 60 miles from the nearest location. After 2 week of little communication I receive a letter of denial. I have been in the automotive industry for a decade now on the customer service side and have never been part of a company that will not take care of a customer that had their property damaged during service. Apparently the bottom line is the only thing that matters to the district managers at Jiffy Lube."
