"I've tried stopping by twice now and both times there's a sign on the door that says "will return at 12:00". It's now almost 1. So it's hard to know how to buy a bike from the guy."

"Amazing bike shop and owner! Paul has opened his shop early to change a difficult-to-find flat tire on my 2 person trike (discovered moments b4 I had to leave for Marilyn’s TWOcan rides for seniors) He and wife, Shauna both came to my house to fill up the bike tires BY HAND on all 5 of my trikes when I was injured and could not do it myself. Paul is knowledgeable, efficient, and very reasonable. Paul invited me along on a trail ride with people I’d never met on a loaner bike that wasn’t mine when I was shopping in his store. That ride opened up paths to me that I did not know existed! Paul is a Shakopee bike business treasure. I am so glad he was able to find a new space downtown to continue doing business in my hometown of Shakopee!!"

"Rude as can be, he took some tires out of my hand telling me it won’t fit and putting them back as if I wasn’t going to purchase them and I confronted him calmly about it and he started yelling at me and got all aggressive at me. God-Bless him, I truly hope God finds a way to change him because you should always treat people how you want to be treated and I never felt more disrespected in my life over something so pathetic."
