"Rarely do I take the time to write a review, this company has pushed me to put our experience out so that no other business has to go through what we did. We were referred to Pump and Meter for purchasing and installing a new Rotary lift. We also had them re-cable and install a Rotary lift that we removed for concrete repairs. Upon installation, our old lift did not operate correctly. They first drilled holes for the hoist incorrectly, so our brand new concrete now has two full sets holes/anchors drilled in. They had ordered the wrong cables, even with them having the serial number for the lift. They went through three different cable options before they had the correct ones. We were then billed extra time due to them ordering the wrong cables! About six months had passed since installation, and our old hoist still had a sag on one side. They sent a tech out and told us they had not properly leveled and shimmed the hoist when they installed it! It was almost an inch out of level. We were then billed almost $500 for the tech to come and re-level the hoist out. Apparently leveling of the hoist is not covered when they install one. We now have so much money stuck into our old hoist, that it would have been beneficial to buy a new one. An absolute horrible experience, they are not allowed back in our building."

"We have been using them for a couple of years now with no complaints until most recently we have had horrible customer service. We have been waiting for service on one of our pumps for over almost two months now. I have had to call them repeatedly to ask for updates on when a technician would be out with no more information than "you are on the list." We have been more than understanding in this situation but we have never had to wait over a week for a service call and it has gotten to a point where it is unacceptable- mainly because I have also reached out to the customer service manager, left a message a week ago on his voicemail and still have yet to hear back. Also noting that we are up to date on our all of our invoices and have always been. Would not recommend."

"For a company that is based on customer service, this is by far one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. I had to call 3x over 2 weeks to even get a service call initiated. I set up a "credit" account per their request. They proceeded to lose the paperwork. In this time I needed another service call. They came out, didn't tell me they had lost my original paperwork and the manager Don got rude with me about how many bad debt accounts they have and thats why I would not be considered a priority even when my account was in good standings. Billing is a whole other nightmare with them. Improper billing, over billing, etc. The service tech that was dispatched not once but twice to my location was inexperienced. Because of this I had to make numerous calls to the company about repairs and poor workmanship. I was told during a service call they didn't have a part to repair a small leak in a line and would return in a week or so when back in the area. Again, no call no show. I had to call them AGAIN to get a tech out to repair the line after waiting for about a month. I would suggest staying away frrom this company. I have had nothing but problems with their service, I have had nothing but problems with their invoicing and quite frankly I have had nothing problems with their entire company."
