"I went to sparks and a few other places for a second look at an estimate I received. I was told $3,700 for the actual issue plus $1,000+ more for other issues I didn’t know about. I brought my car into Sparks and Adam was very kind in explaining everything so that I could understand. I truly appreciated that he was open to every questions and even said, “there are no stupid questions.” Which made me feel more confident and I was able to understand what was going on with my car. "Let’s take away the fact that I’ve know the new owner for over 30 years. I brought my truck in and told them of the problem at hand. They drove my truck and agreed that it did have the problem I told them about . They couldn't figure out the problem and told me to go to Ford with the issue and then charged me for agree with me that my truck has the issue I told them about. Talk about a waste of time! I should have sent them an invoice for wasting my time. It all starts with walking in the front door and being greeted. No names but the man behind the desk has no social skills at all. There’s a lot of places to get your car fixed explore your options is all I’m saying. Didn’t even have the decency to call me back."
