"The store staff was able to get me in for a 4 wheel alignment that I have with Firestore for a lifetime. Three Firestones made covid excuses as to why they wouldn't honor the web app appointments I had scheduled (two of which were confirmed). I was very happy that Tires Plus in Hopkins, MN was able to align the car after I had installed new sway bars and steering rack (so the car needed a lot of adjustment). They did all of this for me on Christmas Eve. Thank You!"
