I was looking for a specific part for my car and she told me I needed to replace the entire part instead of a bulb. She told me the part I wanted to buy would not work (it actually worked - I ended up going to a competitor and they help me)"

"Every time I come in I am greeted by helpful, knowledgeable employees that are always eager to help! Today I had an issue with my license plate being stuck on my car and was helped by Eric and Mason. I feel they both went above and beyond in helping remove the rusted screws and replace the license plate outside in the pouring rain. They were an absolute godsend! I would highly recommend this place for any automotive troubleshooting questions you may have!"

"Probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had last night. Came in for wiper blades on my SUV which I have not replaced before. The guy with long black hair in a pony was rude to me the whole time I was there. Yelled at me when I walked in, made me seem like a dummy because I didn’t decide which wiper blades to buy in 2 seconds, and made fun of my last time to my face….I fake laughed it off and left. A less patient person the situation probably would of been different….not going back."
