"Great customer service. My favorite clothing store. Wish they would bring back the 2nd dressing room by the check out desk. Long walk to the other end of the store. Needs to be more "Disabled Friendly"."

"My fiancé got my engagement ring/band set online with the protection plan. About 4 months later a stone fell out and we had to take it in for them to send it off to get repaired. When we went in the store the lady that helped up was horrible to us!! She wanted to argue with us that we didn’t have the protection plan when on our receipt it shows the protection plan and we also had all protection plan description, benefits and agreement documents printed out and in hand. And then In my face she asked my fiancé is he knew the ring was CZ and fake and then proceeded to pull out a tester and prove to him that it was fake!!! I don’t care if it’s fake my fiancé got me exactly what I wanted in a ring and it doesn’t matter if the ring is real or not we love each other and that’s all that matters! So to the lady (I think her name is Tracy) that works in jewelry at the Conway Arkansas JcPenny you need to be moved from jewelry because ring buying and selling should be a good experience not horrible! If I could give this a negative rating then I definitely would!"

"Excellent service even though it's Dec 21. Remarkably, the store is also really well maintained even with the heavy traffic of shoppers. Clean, well stocked bathroom. What I needed was available, and the customer service representative assisted with the whole transaction, making everything as smooth as possible. Would recommend, will return."

"My son bought a Jacket. Took it back same day. They did a refund then charged it again. Now have to wait days for it to fall off to get his money back. The manager is rude and not helpful at all was told to call my bank about it. Now his account is negative. He is out over $160 JCPenney wouldn’t do anything about it. This is a terrible store!! Also it’s nasty! Bathrooms are horrible! Floor could at least be vacuumed. Will not ever be shopping here again."
