"The staff is very organized and hospitable. And it is even more impressive because we were there for back to school, tax-free weekend. Good selection of basic clothes and plenty of dressing rooms, even though it was super crowded."

"There is a large mark up on merchandise at this location. Spent about 30-40 minutes looking around. Several employees on the floor talking amongst each other. Clearance and promotional items mixed together so prices or sales are deceptive. The only time I was asked if I needed any assistance was upon checkout."

"I would like to leave a Shout Out of excellent service to an employee named Mohammad. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of making an exchange but more importantly he offered me great savings using the 3 discount coupons I had earned. Made my day!"

"Bought a pair of sweats online got them on sale for $9 and some change. When I received them they were to big. I went into the Conway location to exchange them and told the cashier I would like to exchange them if they have my size and that particular style or return them if they don’t. She responds with “okay let’s scan your order number and look up the item” so she does that and even begins to tell me where she thinks they are in the store. She scanned them and a receipt printed out and I asked her, do I just go grab the sweats and they will just exchange them for the same price. And she says “actually that just returned them really quickly. I was like so now I can’t exchange them out. She then scans the sweats of mine and says no they are ringing up for $23 since I returned them. So no I returned my sweats I got for $9 and can’t exchange them online or in store because she took it upon herself to just return them. I honestly would have rather kept the ones that were big because they were so comfy and I wanted them. So frustrated with how poorly that went and how quickly they were just taken and nothing I could do about it. Haven’t shopped at old navy in a while and had bought quit a few things for me and my kids and was pretty satisfied with everything but now I will be going back to not shopping here."
