"I had an incredible experience at this store, and their customer service was top-notch. This was my second time visiting, and I genuinely felt appreciated and cared for by the staff members. They were amazing, respectful, patient, and always ready to assist when needed. Out of all the stores I've been to in Conway, none compare to the exceptional service and unique clothing selection at this store. The prices are reasonable, and they often have sales. I love the fact that their clothes are not common, so it's unlikely to see others wearing the same outfits. "My daughter and her friends went into this store over thanksgiving holiday. They were looking at the jewelry and decided not to get anything. As they were walking toward the door they were stopped by a younger girl who worked there and was questioned as to where “the bracelet was” they were looking at. They walked her over to the table where they laid it down as they found it! I’d just like to say shame on YOU! And we will never walk in there again. Found the same bracelet for $3 on Shein. They didn’t want the bracelet or they would have purchased it! They set it down exactly where they found it. Maybe you should be more observant and stop assuming just bc someone doesn’t purchase anything that they are stealing. Grow up and learn how to treat people."

"I wish I could give this store zero stars. I went in yesterday hopeful of buying some clothing and was very disappointed. No one bothered to help or come see if I needed anything. I would see how the ladies working were attentive to other ladies but not with me. My husband and I left disappointed. Maybe they thought we didn't have money because we were dressed comfortably? Not sure."

"At first look it looks like a all women’s fragrance and apparel store, but me and my wife walked in looking for her dad some nice cologne and what do you know they do sell some really nice men’s fragrance and also let’s you smell them before you buy , Anna was great with her customer service skills and made our shopping experience very easy so we found what we needed , would definitely recommend"
