"Didn't even schedule an appointment because receptionist was cold. I asked her if they accept ARKIDS insurance and she said well he's accepting new patients and I said "ok can I schedule an appointment?" and she said, "you'll have to make him your PCP with ARKIDS first before I can schedule an appointment". BUT SHE never confirmed whether or not they could accept that insurance, so why would I go change my PCP if you can't even be clear with me first. So rude! Not even worth my time. Note to any business: if your first impression (aka receptionist is cold) no one is going to want to get past that or deal with that."

"Dr. Lovell and his staff are awesome and really take the time to listen and answer every question we can think of. We've only been using them a short time for our child but we definitely made the right decision in pediatricians."

"We like Dr Lovell. He is really good with kids. Spends a good amount of time with them and is never in a hurry. Explains all the details in a manner that everyone can understand. Has a great personality and is easy to talk with and ask questions."

"Not only was he my Dr when I was little, but my kids have been seeing Dr Lovell for about 15 years too and he has been amazing since day one. He takes his time amd answers all of our questions. He is funny, he is goofy, and he is always on the kids level so they are comfortable with him."

"We have seen Dr. Lovell since my daughter was around 7 months old and had been happy with him. This last visit we had with him, my daughter was diagnosed with strep and RSV. The exam room we were in was right by the nurses station and when both the test results came back positive, Dr. Lovell and his staff laughed at the fact she had both. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in this behavior and lack of professionalism."
