"I’m scheduled for bariatric surgery next week. I’ve requested that Dr. Yadav send clearance for this surgery 3 times. The last time was face to face with Dr. Yadav. I got a call from my surgeons office today requesting clearance once again. I left a message for Dr.Yadavs nurse to call me about this. 3 hrs later she still hadn’t called me. I called again and spoke to another staff member and explained the situation. I was put on hold for a significant amount of time and when he returned, he told me that she was very busy and would call me back when she had time. I explained again that if my surgeon’s office didn’t get the clearance then they would cancel my surgery. I tried to explain what I needed and how urgent it was but he kept interrupting me asking had we requested the information. He was rude and abrupt and apparently the nurse was short on customer service skills as well. If my surgery gets canceled after I’ve gone through all the prep, I will find another cardiologist, and not with this clinic"
