"Front office really need customer service and professional training. My 8 year old gets allergy shots there. This time the lady who said she was the the "office manager" was rude to my husband (while my son was standing there) and would not pick up the phone to confirm the referral that we had to call in earlier. Refusing both times to allow him to get his allergy shot until we got it. Long and ridiculous story short, she let him back to get his shot while my husband talked with the doctor about the issue. The petty-ness continued on their way out of the door she said "You're welcome!", my husband turned and said excuse me, (petty Patty) said "You are welcome!". -_-"
