"Truck turned over to me incomplete. Damage to hood (scratches) and fender flares (parts missing/not secure to body). Communication on day of delivery was horrible. Told me the vehicle was closed out and I would have to make an appointment to return for repairs. Repair technician not available as previously discussed. Every question I had was answered with "I don't know". Just to get an appointment I had to call half of the 33 centers in MN to find one that would work with an aluminum body truck (only 4 centers do this). Otherwise I had to wait 3 months to get my vehicle in. Fun fact...The Caliper Ctrs do not communicate their schedules. This was my first accident in 25 years and I have to say the process is ridiculous between Liberty Mutual and Caliber Collision."
