"Great work, they shot me a phone call (often went to voicemail) to let me know of every change in estimated completion for my car. Caliber didn't ask me for the $35 that my insurance charged them days after I paid for my repair and left due to a stupid insurance thing. They had to replace one of my tires and bought the same model- Michelin Defender that needed to be replaced. I really appreciated this attention to detail."
