"BEWARE Beware Beware!!!!!Ordered a obd II package from him call cando for heavy duty trucks and he conned me out of $1,000 and never sent it. He provided bogus tracking info and supposedly someone signed for it with the initials DB and no one at my house has those initials. Only my fiance and I live there. I looked up his reviews and found out he is know for scamming people! He puts fake reviews on his own sites to bolster his ratings under the name Dustin with different last names. I will be taking him to small claims court to get my money back. This guy is a fraud!"

"I needed it quickly. I was hoping they could help me with getting shipped out that day with next day air so I could have it for Monday morning. I was able to make repairs to the machine on Tuesday using the new diagnostic tool. All in all it worked out. It has been great that they made it happen for me. "Scan tools are hard to find everywhere but they were very thorough explaining why that was (manufacturer/chip delay) and how their process works when we placed our order. Due to my computer illiteracy I had some trouble installing the license software. Tech support was awesome, walked me through it, step by step and now we're up and running 100 percent! Great team from sales to support!"

"I had purchased a diagnostic truck tool package. Laptop wasn’t working properly so contacted tech support and there wasn’t a reply for them so after several attempts decided to return . Even though it wasn’t our fault the laptop didn’t work they kept half of what we paid for the package which we paid $2995. I tried to contact the owner but never got a response from them. Definitely don’t trust this company for a big purchase like this"
