"Very poor service experience at this store. Went in for tires and an alignment. The day service gal at the desk seem very detached from her job, borderline rude as a customer care representative and not very knowledgeable on tires at all. I had to specifically ask how the alignment diagnosis came out, she told me we had loose lower ball joints & steering. These items will need to be repaired and then another alignment will need to be done. It would have been good to call me and ask me if I would care to go foward with the alignment."

"Sad to say this is no longer the place for auto service. Primarily oil changes. They were a fair price but now the price is $15 higher. I get it everything is up but that is a 25% increase. Come on. Next they only now cover 5 quarts of oil down from 6 so add 6.99 for the extra quart my truck needs. Lastly they don’t have my filter in stock. Only option is one off the floor that adds another 11.99 to the oil change cost. What about the cost of the filter you didn’t have that is build into the price. Yes my fault I waited a bit and needed the oil change done now but work has been busy and I made the appointment a few days ago. Back to the dealer I guess. No reason to come here when it’s the same price and same hours."

"I was able to get my car in the day after I called for an inspection and possible repair! I left feeling totally satisfied with the technicians repair on my car. Erick (the technician) also explained a few things he noticed and gave me a vehicle inspection report. I would absolutely recommend seeing Erick if your vehicle needs to go into a shop. They were affordable, friendly and informative."
