"I had a very slow tire leak. I stopped in without an appointment. They had people available and leak checked the tire, dismounted the tire from the rim, cleaned up the rim and remounted the tire. I was out the door in 15 minutes with no charge. It is so uplifting when a service exceeds expectations these days. Good going Discount Tire! I’ll be back."

"I got an excellent buy on a set of wheels. The tire installation was fine. But they forgot to reset the tire sensors. For example, the car showed that the tire pressure for the right front tire was low by two pounds. In fact, it was the rear left tire that was low. Otherwise, everything went well."

"Dropped by earlier than my appointment during busy time, and I was willing to wait but the guy at the counter was passively telling me how busy they were and exaggerating the wait time while assuming I didn't have an appointment. I told him if it works better for him I can come back later at my appointment and oddly he was triggered by my response because he said he's not concerned but it's for me yadayada. That encounter was not pleasant so I decided to find another shop where I got the tires changed for free and he ended up canceling my appointment anyways. In comparison to all DT I've been to, the Brooklyn Park and old Brooklyn Center locations had better customer service than Blaine."
