"I found this shop through their add in my mailbox. I was hesitant to try a new place, however after reading their excellent reviews I figured I had nothing to lose. They have been nothing but friendly, informative, and nice. Two of my own boys work in the automotive industry and have always warned me about places pushing for extra sales or add ons for extra work. Ideal automotive always tells me what maintenance should be done and if they find anything, but they never pressure me to have them do it. "I was panicking! My car was making a terrible rattling noise underneath anf my sister has been rushed into hospital so I needed the car. I was also afraid to drive it. I phoned Jason at Ideal. He told me to drop off my car next morning and he would have a look and get back to me in the afternoon. Well, I dropped the car off and he phoned within the hour saying my car was fixed! I could have cried with relief. Apparently, the last place to service my car, the dealership, had not tightened the lug nuts on the front left tire. That could have been really serious! I am so grateful for their help and they will be servicing my car in future!"
