"Bought a car and they replaced the hood due to hail damage with a brand new hood and was painted, which took over a month. Got car back from dealer and after I got home noticed tons over clear coat on the edges of hood, rough and bubbly. Dealer agreed really bad job, went back lupient for them to fix. Got home and noticed they sanded down to the metal. I reached out with no response, where is the quality check and pride in workmanship? The pic you can still see the extra clear coat run over and area sanded to metal, most of the hood edge looks like this.)"
"I should’ve read the review before going here. Don’t go here for body and paint work. I went there and they charged so much for a terrible job that they did. “Well we recommend you different”. Why would you even offer a job you can’t do and won’t even warrantee? I’m so depressed now because I’m driving my brand new car with a bad body work on it."
"I do not recommend this shop for any and all collision repairs on any vehicle. I am certainly surprised they have such a high rating on Google after the lack of customer service I received at this body shop. I was in an accident on I-35 on 07/22/23 in Bloomington that affected the front left of my vehicle to needed to be repaired. Allstate Insurance recommended this shop to me as part of their Good Hands Repair Network. That guarantee that I would be satisfied was a sham. This place is as slimy as they come! Too much happened to type here, but know this, the collision repair manager will lie to you and make excuses for their delays no matter if you're in the right as a customer. I was from out of state and they made the process of getting my vehicle fixed very difficult. I had to threaten legal action for them to get moving on the project after 'waiting for parts' for 40 days. Just be warned that this institution does not respect your time or schedule. As a woman, this experience was especially traumatizing. With Allstate, you are in fact, not in good hands. If the owner of this dealership would like to contact me and make this right I would greatly appreciate that."
"Never ever go here!! I got hit at the end of November and it took them until March to declare my vehicle a total loss (it really wasn't) I took my vehicle to the shop I normally go to and was quoted about half of what Lupient quoted me. I was told several times that my frame and plow mount were damaged but both were basically untouched from the collision. I understand the office was shortstaffed during this time and one of the 2 office managers had a vacation scheduled during this time, totally reasonable, but even so, 3 months is a long time. The other shop I went to seemed to think Lupient had no idea what they were doing after looking at the damage to my vehicle. I ended up having to buy another vehicle based on the untrue assessment from Lupient that my vehicle was unfixable and the very short time frame Nationwide insurance gave me to to return their rental after my vehicle was declared a total loss. Was also told by the dealership I bought from that going to Lupient was my first mistake. I totally understand they were understaffed and working with what they had, and despite all that were never rude or anything, but some of the things I was told about my vehicle were as if they never actually looked at it and were just trying to rush through vehicles without accurately assessing damage."
"The collision appraiser team was very disorganized and did not following through with ordering parts, resulting in months of waiting. The final result was seeking other adjusters And collision repair. The lack of accountability and ability to carry out their job was as astonishing. This is not a well run business."
