"Staff are nice but wait time is awful. Dad had a scheduled appointment at 8:20, we’ve been waiting an hour and he still hasn’t been seen by the doctor. What’s the point of scheduling and having a time limit to check in, if we’re going to be waiting so long for a SCHEDULED appointment."
"I would give five stars if not for the lazy employee at the front desk. There are two ladies that work the front desk. One lady, with short hair and glasses, is always helpful and courteous but always seems stressed. Maybe she would feel less stressed if the other lady, with long dark hair, did something other than play on her phone. I walked in with my sick child, the lady with short hair is on the phone and the long haired lady is just standing there looking right at me and doesn’t utter a word. She just goes about her business of doing as she pleases while the other lady continues to help the patient on the phone. Once the short haired lady is done on the phone she helps me. I’m not sure what the function of the long haired lady’s position is but it appears to be nothing. It is very frustrating to patients, especially with sick children, to walk in and not get so much as a greeting from someone who is doing basically nothing. If she serves no purpose up front then move her somewhere else so people aren’t confused and irritated when they feel they are being ignored. The clinical staff is great and, as mentioned, the short haired lady up front is always nice but she seems to need some help up there."
"Absolutely the worst walk in clinic in Fort Smith. The hours are a lie. They lock the door at 5:00PM but they stop accepting patients when they feel like it. (I tried to be seen at 4:03 but there were 5 others still waiting to be seen.) On top of it all, I was triple billed for the shot I received the last time I was there. It is very apparent there is no care for patients. Save your time, go to MedExpress. MedExpress is open later and if you walk in 3 min before close, you will still be booked."
"I love this walk in/Urgent care clinic its very clean and it always smells so good! Every time I go there I'am in and out quickly. The hours are great because they are open late the receptionist are always really friendly and the doctors are really caring. i recommend this clinic to my family and friends and to everyone that is looking for good quality care."
"Everyone was so friendly and professional from the moment I checked in with the receptionists to when I left. The nurses and physician I saw were great and would highly recommend this walk-in clinic to my friends and family. Most walk-ins have extremely long wait times, but I was seen almost immediately. I don't have a PCP and this is a great alternative to a trip to the ER for a simple cold."
