After being verified downstairs at the front desk twice checked into billing and then checked into x-ray and I have a bracelet on. She wants to yell out my full address when I try to give her just the street number she wants to yell out my full phone number when I just try to get for the last four numbers and when she takes phone calls from patients she yells out everything that's wrong with them she needs to close her loud mouth and learn how to be private"

"All I will say I was treated badly for 2 straight days. I have spoken with Governor Sanders and a personal attorney. If someone would like to explain why you treat patients this way the Ft Smith newspaper and 40/29 news will also be involved."
